Learn about the services and engagement opportunities available through two Michigan based organizations: Michigan’s LGBTQ+ Elders Network and the Dementia Institute. Hear insights from the Michigan Poll on Healthy Aging on current trends and community needs, and the Alzheimer’s Association shares new programming designed to support families statewide. Attendees will also hear directly from individuals living well with dementia, who speak to the powerful benefits of peer support.

Guests from Lorenzo’s House lifted up their programs and services for families experiencing a young-onset dementia diagnosis. Highlights were shared from the 2026 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference.
